I trusted this shop after they did solid work on a family vehicle, so I felt comfortable bringing in my collector sports car for what should have been straightforward repairs. That turned out to be a mistake. My car sat at their facility for over six months and went through three separate visits to address a fuel injection issue that was never properly resolved. Each time, Todd, the shop manager, blamed defective parts rather than considering the possibility of improper installation. Any attempt to question this was met with arrogance and a dismissive attitude instead of professionalism or accountability. After the third failed attempt, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I sourced another set of injectors and installed them myself—immediately resolving the issue with zero leaks. That alone speaks volumes. What’s more concerning is what I discovered afterward. I was told my brake system was failing, complete with photos of rusted components and a supposedly leaking master cylinder. This didn’t add up, as I had personally replaced the master cylinder just months earlier. Upon inspection, I found something far worse than a misdiagnosis—it was outright negligence. A coolant hose had been incorrectly connected where a vacuum line to the brake booster should have been. This explains why braking required excessive force. On top of that, a vacuum line had been left disconnected entirely, causing a significant intake leak. Once I corrected these issues myself, the braking system functioned perfectly. At this point, it’s hard not to conclude that the shop either became careless or handed the vehicle off to someone inexperienced. Either way, the lack of quality control and accountability is unacceptable—especially when dealing with high-value vehicles. I considered returning a fourth time to address these issues, but after my last interaction with Todd, the shop manager—where concerns were dismissed and responsibility deflected—I chose not to. If you value your vehicle, especially a specialty or collector car, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I called Automotive One to ask about adding a hitch, wiring, and a brake controller to our 2015 Nissan truck for towing our small camper. Carl is who helped me and not only provided me with an accurate quote but he also took the time to answer all of my questions. We went over a few factors specific for my towing needs and he made sure I wasn’t under prepared but would have everything we needed to hit the road and be safe doing so. The work done was more then satisfactory and the whole team was very professional and friendly. They advised me it would be about a few hours and thats exactly what happened. Would highly recommend them!

My family has been going to Automotive One for over two decades. When I bought my car, I began going there too. I've had them replace rear air suspension, rebuild front suspension, A/C, fix oil leaks, brakes, alignments, you name it. Todd, and the whole team are always available to answer any questions, offer automotive advice, and are always so kind. They are so honest, and reasonable in everything they do. If you ever have a question or concern about the work they did, just ask them! Todd will always take care of it and say "It has to be right!" Right indeed, Automotive One is the best!

Definitely the best out there. Been going there for years and with multiple vehicles. No matter when I call they know who I am and my vehicle history immediately! That is what you call attention to detail. They are honest as the day is long. Once I was reluctant about getting a very expensive repair and they were completely honest on the necessity and safety of the repair being done or not done. Another time when a repair was definitely necessary they did what they could to make it less painful. Top notch all around!
