Absolutely terrible experience with Auto Paint USA. They got overspray all over the driver side of my vehicle and returned it with horrible orange peel and large paint specs protruding from the surface to include two white flies caught in the clear coat process. The paint application was awful — overspray, dirt, and runs all over. The finish looks worse than before I brought it in. Pictures were taken right in front of the shop at the time of pickup. Runs, dirt, and overspray are application and prep issues — not the paint itself. Communication is a mess. Staff don’t speak to each other when scheduling pickups, which caused confusion and frustration. They upsell you when you come in and then do the opposite when you pick up. They also charged $100 more for all molding that isn't set properly as shown in pictures, which I paid for to leave. To make things worse, the interior had sanding dust all over it. I paid in full expecting professional work and got my vehicle back with more damage than I came in with. BEWARE. Use any other company and save the headache. Response to their response 3/6/2026 @ 1150: Reading your response makes it seem as if I refused reasonable attempts to fix the issue, which is not accurate. All the trust had already been lost and I was not contacted until after my initial review brought light to my interaction. The only solution presented was for me to bring the vehicle back and leave it again in your “professional” hands, after the poor paint job and the experience I had already gone through. After being in an Uber for over an hour to pick up the vehicle and discovering a damaged tail light, overspray on the opposite site of the truck and all over there rear windows, runs, and sanding dust left throughout the interior, confidence in the workmanship was already compromised. The manager (not in training) even volunteered to correct the issues on site, but he was stopped by the owner’s daughter and I was told to come back another time. Being asked to lose more time with my vehicle and make another long trip after that experience was not a reasonable solution for me. My review simply reflects the condition of the vehicle at pickup and how the situation was handled. I can provide the names of evey party involved since we are trying to pass blame. Finally, the vehicle is still in my possession so I can continue to make the public aware of your business practices. My number is still the same and your company knows how to reach me. Solution: A reasonable solution that was never offered would have been a partial refund, so I could have the vehicle professionally cleaned or corrected by another company; as i lost all faith in this one!

I had an amazing experience with Auto Painting USA! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was topnotch. Alexis was the main person who helped me, he greeted me, walked me through the estimate, and made sure I understood everything clearly. You could tell right away he genuinely cared and took pride in what he does. David was also there hand in hand throughout the process, very helpful and involved. Both of them are just great people, honest and down to earth.There was also a kind lady who helped me along the way. I didn’t catch her name, but she was just as professional and attentive. It really felt like the team worked together to make sure I was taken care of. What really stood out was how responsive and committed they were. Any concerns or questions I had, Alexis and David were right there, making sure everything was handled at the highest level. It’s rare to come across a shop where the staff not only delivers quality work but truly cares about the customer experience.The work on my car came out excellent.They treat your car like it’s their own. If you're looking for a shop that combines great workmanship with honest, personal customer service, check them out. Huge thanks to the team for making this such a smooth and positive experience. I’ll definitely be recommending them! Give them guys a raise!

This is my go to for ANYTHING with my car. I believe at this point my whole family takes their cars here. David even helps me find parts for cheaper. I will not go anywhere else, unless I move out of state lol. Seriously, the service is excellent and the prices are the lowest I've found!!! In truth, you can't please everyone, but as for me, these guys have never disappointed. Bless

Thanks, Auto Painting USA, for helping bring my 30-year-old BMW e36 back to life at a very affordable price. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The paint job was great, with no runnings or orange peels. The color is shining and looks amazing. I get compliments every time I go on the paint job. Next Saturday, my buddy is bringing his 1934 Chevy to them for a new paint job. I highly recommend Auto Painting USA. You get a lot for the money you pay.

Excellent service from start to finish; I dropped the car off on Tuesday morning, it was ready by Thursday, though the estimated pickup was Friday. No complaints, the car looks great.
