Tires 4 U New & Used

They broke the psi instrument on my vehicle. They blamed it was an ipad error. tons of excuses and sold me old tires.. I should have looked more closely. ...Make sure you're buying newer tires. Better yet. Avoid going here. When I returned my tires which I had to pay a restocking fee, another customer was yelling at him about a similar problem. Avoid the stress and skip this place.

I visited Tires 4 U New and Used, 9590 Ulmerton Rd in Largo, for a simple tire replacement. At first the owner was welcoming, found a tire quickly, and offered to diagnose my check engine light. His mechanic actually recommended I return the next day, but the owner promised he could do it right then for $120 total, no written estimate. I left my truck. About two hours later I was told the total was now $275 because of an equipment fee. What should have been 45 minutes lasted until after 6 pm. No one called me. When I went back, they told me they had broken a piece during the repair and that I would have to pay for it and go pick up the replacement myself. When I pushed back, the owner cursed at me and said he would go get it. He later told me four separate times that the part was incorrect before finishing the job. We were there until closing. The owner spent the time deflecting blame and arguing instead of taking responsibility. When I brought up a prior tire I previously purchased from them that failed early, he got slick with his mouth. The most concerning part was watching employees drink liquor and beer in the shop while working on customer vehicles, including mine. It started friendly and ended with a price switch, no documentation, a part they broke, cursing, hours of waiting, and drinking on the job. I cannot recommend Tires 4 U New and Used in Largo.

We have been going here everytime we have had a tire issue over the last 5 years. We have always had amazing customer service. Professional, friendly and excellent service.

I see some negative comments on here and I’m not taking away from anybody if they have had a negative experience with this company, but my personal experience was that I’m never going to another tire place again. The people there were friendly and fast. Especially Ramon, he was professional and kind. Highly recommended!

came and bought a used tire, told them what side, they put it on the wrong side and took off my good tire and left my bad one. Told them they switched the wrong tire while they were putting it on since i didn’t realize as I admit i was not paying attention when they were changing it since i thought they knew how to do their job. They charged me an extra 10 for labor to switch it back even though their the ones who put it on the wrong side. i drive home and an hour later after getting home it went completely flat had to pump it up with a bike pump for a good 15 minutes . Came back and told them what happened, haven’t drove anywhere but home, there was a hole in the tire, then told me they’d give me a new tire, but then charged me 35 dollars for labor on a mistake they made. overall spent over 100 on a used tire not even in good condition…
