They done an immaculate job with my Crown Victoria I have pictured here. Fixed it very quickly and got me back on the road, and most importantly, affordable prices for us, but still with quality workmanship and quality service. Would absolutely recommend them to anybody. ★★★★★ I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic thanks to Mobile Mechanic Westauto LLC. My car broke down on a corner in a rough neighborhood in Tampa, about an hour away from my home. The car ended up sitting at a gas station and I was almost going into the second day trying to figure out what to do. There were two nearby shops that wanted me to tow the car to them just to run a diagnostic. From past experiences, I know that once your car is inside a shop, you can easily end up stuck paying whatever they say. And since I honestly don’t understand much about cars, if someone told me the repair was $500 or $600 in that situation, I probably would have paid it just to get back on the road. Later I even heard that around $300 might already be considered a fair price for this kind of repair. Instead, I found Westauto and called them. The mechanic came out, checked the car right there at the gas station, and quickly figured out the problem: a transmission cable had simply come loose. He fixed it on the spot and charged me only $150 total. In the situation I was in — car broken down, far from home, and not knowing anything about cars — he could easily have charged much more. But he didn’t. That level of honesty is rare. Finding a mechanic you can trust is not easy. This experience meant a lot to me, and now I finally feel like I found someone honest and reliable. I will definitely call him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone in Tampa who needs a trustworthy mobile mechanic 🙅🏻🙇🏼

An excellent mechanic arrived very quickly and fixed the car. I had a problem with the bearing support. I recommend him. It's immediately obvious that this guy knows his stuff and is a professional in his field. He also recommended what needs to be done in the near future. I will be using him again.

I was googling for tow truck company and somehow I came across with this mobile mechanic company. I didn't even know we had this type of service! I reached out to them and they contacted me thesame day. We arranged a visit for the next day & He showed up on time. The mechanic spoke little English but we were communicating through Google translator with no problem. He fixed my car within an hour & a half! He changed my car battery & the alternator. Everything was about $900. New battery & new alternator. Not sure if the price was correct but at least my car is running and everything was done in a professional and timely manner. He also gave me a "discount"!.
