Spacious albeit busy shop with attentive staff, fair pricing, efficient service & productive mechanics. The photos showing the front store make the shop seem small. But there is an entire back area with the full compliment of hydraulic lifts, tools, etc. Shop owner Kenny was kind enough to take some time to share some friendly banter, which made the short wait elapse even more quickly. BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! I purchased A Groupon for this company two days ago to install four tires for 27$. I was like wow what an Economical price so I booked that of course. I should have known it was too good to be true. The groupon gave me one address which is 201A SW 5th St Pompano beach. I tried Calling this business at least 11 times and not one answer. I booked An appointment for today May 15 at 10:30 am and the day before they sent me a confirmation email with another address that did not match the groupon address. When you search them up on their website it says a different third address which is 4301 N Dixie Hwy Pompano Beach. I noticed This after purchasing the groupon. I tried Multiple, multiple attempts to call their number and no one answers at all. So today i go To the address they gave me in the confirmation email which is 1421 sw first way Deerfield beach fl 33441. That is also the address that maps gives you when you search this businesses name. When i got There, no one in that plaza ever heard of that business. I did Not want to aimlessly drive around to the two other addresses in search of this place and waste my gas. This is ridiculous and i think they are trying to scam people. People are looking for an affordable place to put on their tires and get reeled in by the cheap price on groupon. There is more than one listing on groupon with this company name. This seems like a ploy to scam people. How do they have groupon listings when Google claims it’s temporarily closed. I was Able to get my money back from Groupon. But this is just overall a terrible, inconvenient experience for me. I simply Wanted to get my new tires installed and instead i got Scammed. They need to fix their address issue and only have ONE address across all platforms online. And they need to ANSWER their phones!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Very unprofessional

Kenny is awesome!!! He’s very trustworthy and will get the job done right, so glad I found him, will be coming back to him for now on. Also his prices are very reasonable.

Finally found my reliable and trustworthy mechanic. I’ve taken my car to many places for different reasons, but I have never felt as comfortable as I do with Kenny and his mechanic. Not only are they professionals and know their craft, but they are decent human beings who genuinely are not trying to take advantage. They will provide honest feedback and don’t pressure you to do anything. They will show you what needs work and why, and the ball is in your court. But after they take the time and patience and level of care that they do, you wouldn’t want to take your car anywhere else , trust me. I got my front two axle replacements. Then I told him about a few other issues I’ve had and he very willingly decided to inspect those components out for me (key ignition and brakes). Definitely will be coming back with every car I have and will be recommending all my friends and family.

My lovely Haitians parents gave me the honor to find them a new shop to get them an oil change and their brakes done. IYKYK lol. I stopped by Oxenade Motors when I read a couple reviews. Stopped by and the owner Kenny greeted me and I let him know I was there for an oil change and for my front brakes. It was a GREAT experience. It was not an all day process. Kenny was kind. He explained to me the service and I was happy to know my car will be fine. After the service, I definitely felt the difference. And now my parents car are running even better than before Idk how my parents conned me to running their errands while I'm visiting them but everything happens for a reason. My parents now have a trusted mechanic and a car with new brakes and an oil change. It also didn't cost me an arm and a leg nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of as a female. Honest business. Veteran owned. Thank you for your service, Kenny and team.
