View on GoogleWalter and Louis are very good mechanics. Very nice to deal with price upfront. If you have a problem they’ll help you out I have a 97 Toyota Tacoma that I do most of the work on myself, but when I don’t feel like doing it or don’t have the right tools I always take it to them.
View on GoogleMy brother's car completely shut off on Friday July 4th and smelt like it was burning. A guy named Ernesto pulled off the side of the road to check on us, and he recommended Walter & Sons. We were concerned some mechanics might take advantage of us seeing that we had to tow the car to them, and having no idea what was wrong with it. Walter was honest and fair. Charged $150 and said it was just a faulty cable that eventually blows on the type of car we had. I tipped $100 for the level of honesty, service and treatment we received. 1) they answered their phones on July 4th while many shops were closed. 2) Luis and Walter were both very kind and provided great customer service. 3) Originally, they said they could not get to the car till Monday but once we followed the tow truck there, Walter said he'd call us tomorrow (Saturday). I was expecting a call to tell us how much it would cost after they did an assessment, but Luis called and said the car was ready early on Saturday (about 9am). Walter & Sons will always be a top consideration for us for any car work we may need in the future. They have earned my trust. Thank you Walter and Luis. 🙏
