TOP JOB AUTO REPAIR

Please DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT take your car here. This is A TERRIBLE MECHANIC!! He charged me over $1,000 and did not fix the problem. I took my car to him because my car was cutting off. He originally told me it was spark plugs and cables. He told me he had ran a diagnostic test and that was the only thing he saw wrong. I paid him over $1,000 and came to pick up my car once he told me he was done. My car was still cutting off. I called him the same day to explain he had not fixed the problem and told him I would bring it back for him to take a second look. I brought it back the next day and he had my car for 4 days just to call me back and tell me my car was “running perfect”. HE LIED! The car was still not running correctly and cutting off. I ended up taking it to the actual dealer who properly diagnosed my car within 24 hours. He told me the problem had nothing to do with the spark plugs and cables, it was the fuel harness. I called him and told him and he brushed me off and said “oh well” Cost me another 1K to replace. This is the worse mechanic I’ve ever been to. He is not knowledgeable and will take your money. If I could give him ZERO stars I would. He will soon be out of business because he is a thief and takes peoples money!! BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!

Diego is a great mechanic and always does a thorough job on whatever you need done. Also very reliable and trusted for any car repairs or tume ups. Prices in line with service provided. Would recommend to any and all.

Top Job has been an incredible place to find. Family owned and in business for over almost 20 years. The times I have been there to get my vehicle worked on have been a superb experience. They were accommodating, fast, and affordable. They support the military and they have never given me any nonsense as is normally experienced at other places. I will continue to bring my business to them without hesitation. Absolutely great customer service.

I have been going to Top Job Auto Repair for 10+ years and Diego and his team are simply the best in the business. The team there values their clients and I am truly thankful for them. I took my 2009 Scion XD which ended up having quite a bit of work done (Struts, shocks, lower Control arm, battery, transmission mount, front brakes and oil change). Diego has always been honest and if he didn't think it was worth fixing, he would say something. After picking up my car, I felt like I was driving a new car off the lot. Well worth the time, wait and price. This place has been an absolute blessing. Keep up the great work.

I believe in good customer service. He has all these awards and certificates on his wall. But HE does not have one for good customer services and getting back to people in a timely manner. Most of those certifications and awards are paid to put on his wall and he has mostly others do the car work for him and are not theirs or do not still work there on customers cars. Not like a degree in any case. Did not see on his wall his or people he has working for him a Certificate of Naturalization or Green Card. Can not count on him for a car emergency and will not negotiate in good faith a fair price! I went to his shop and he gave me a very high price to get my power steering fixed. Could barely turn the car wheel very dangerous! He did say if I ordered the parts myself he would install them for $200.00. I DID ORDER THE NEW PARTS on line by phone at substantial discount from what he was going to charge me! BUT AFTER HE REFUSED TO PICK UP MY PHONE CALLS AND DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS TO GET IT INSTALLED HE GOT VERY NASTY WITH ME AND SAID HE WILL NOT INSTALL THEM. I EXPECT WHEN A MECHANIC MAKES A PROMISE TO KEEP HIS PROMISE MADE. SO ALL THOSE AWARDS AND CERTIFICATES HE HAS MEANS NOTHING IF HE HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU CAN NOT COUNT ON HIM TO KEEP HIS WORD. Plus he gave me a wrong description for a part so I had to look up the right part name to ordrt it! I think he did this deliberate because no one could find it with the name he used so he figured I would then give up and pay for his over priced parts! THIS IS WHAT I said below after he would not answer his phone from me and get back to all my phone calls and voice mails. I got a good mechanic i used before to now install it for me. Glad I found out about this bad mechanic now, instead of later. Stay away from them. He acts like"The Soup Nazi" from the American sitcom Seinfeld but there are plenty of places that are better. Believe all the one star ratings he gets they are accurate and true. Those good reviews look fake. His main Mechanic speaks very little English the type Trump is going after! Since he does not speak much English and works on most of the cars I doubt he could read the manuals for the cars properly he works on, sort of like Festus Haggen, the character on the TV show Gunsmoke who can not read. I have been calling since Monday November 24 only get voice mail and no returns to my calls. Are you closed all Thanks Giving week What is the problem? I do not trust them or believe anything they tell me after this.
