SINCE THEY WANT TO COMMENT ON MY LAST POST LIKE I AM STUPID, NO I VERY MUCH KNOW WHICH COMPANY I AM TALKING ABOUT DO YOURSELF THEY FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO TIRE MART THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREAT YOU WITH BASED ON HOW MUCH $$ YOUR SPENDING BECAUSE IF YOUR GOING FOR AN EMERGENCY AND ARENT TO THERE TO BUY TIRES OR REPLACE YOUR THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH TOTAL DISRESPECTFUL BECAUSE THEY YOU DONT HOLD MUCH VALUE TO THEM IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD, JUST RECENTLY ON SATURDAY I ACQUIRED A NAIL IN MY TIRE AND WAS RAPIDLY LOSING AIR SO IN ATTEMPT OF FINDING A PLACE I REMEMBERED ABOUT THIS SPOT THAT I WAS FAMILIAR WITH BEFORE BEING A CUSTOMER IN THE PAST I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A GOOD SPOT THAT CAN EASILY REPAIR MY TIRE WITH A PLUG OR A QUICK PATCH WHILE MY DAUGHTER IS IN THE CAR LOOKING FOR HELP. INSTEAD I GOT A NASTY RUDE MAN ON THE PHONE WHO SAID THERE BUSY AND NO MATTER WHAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR A 10 min MAXIMUM JOB I WASN’T UPSET THAT THEY WERE BUSY IM UPSET HOW LACK OF COMPASSIONATE AND CUSTOMER SERIVE AND QUOTE AS I TOLD HIM MY DESPERATION HE PRETTY MUCH SAID GO LOOK FOR ANOTHER SPOT TO I DON’T CARE YOU ARE NOT A CUSTOMER AFTER I MENTIONED I WILL BE WRITING A REVIEW THAT KIND OF BEHAVIOUR WAS COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE AND I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU GUYS TO GO TO TIRE SHACK IN WHICH I POSTED BELOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPASSIONATE NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THIS PLACE ANY MORE MONEY
