Never do business with Mr. Rafael Galue. His tactic is to tell you that your car is worthless or beyond repair and then offer to buy it from you for a few hundred dollars. Later, he fixes it and resells it for a much higher price. There is absolutely no honesty in the way he conducts business. If you bring your car in for a specific repair, he will often try to convince you that many other things need to be fixed, increasing the cost significantly. In my experience, he takes advantage of people who do not have mechanical knowledge in order to make more money. If you do not want to feel misled or taken advantage of, I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with Mr. Rafael Galue.

I've always wanted to find a place where you feel you are dealing with family. Amazing service, great prices and just straight honest answers. They also do an amazing job multitasking between different customers at the same time so you will be in and out pretty quick. So far the best tire shop I've experienced in Kissimmee... period!
