I just have to say WOW, seriously. My father owns auto shops back in Maryland. I moved to Orlando, and every time I have to go to a shop, it’s always something. I know the industry I grew up around it all my life. I came here on a recommendation from a coworker. I was originally going to use Costco due to the warranty and trust you can kind of put in Costco. I am SO happy I did not. Ericka and the team are amazing. I got brand-new Michelin tires and an alignment in just over an hour on a Saturday!!! I was even early for my appointment, and they just took me right away, no questions asked. My car did have some adjustments, but rather than be slammed with a bill of what needs to be done, I was given suggestions and not forced or sold on anything but talked to about them like a human. THIS IS HOW YOU EARN REPEAT BUSINESS! I cannot stress how well this went over here. Do yourself a favor: screw the big guys and come support this family business; it’s honest, fair, and fast. I felt a lot of comfort and confidence here. If I ever need anything else, I will not blink an eye and be right back.

Went to get a tire patch for nail. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Amazing customer service. As a woman I’m always skeptical of going to fix anything car related because I’ve been charged too much before. But the prices were super reasonable and I felt so comfortable with the staff.

View on GoogleWas having a terrible start to our summer road trip because I picked a big metal piece in the center of the tread in the right rear tire of our RV/Van. I got a spare put on by a Roadside Service (he was great too) and then searched north of me for a place that could patch/repair the tire. ChatGPT pointed me to Osceola Speed Tire Shop. I spoke with the owner, Jose, on the phone and he assured me he could take care of everything. Sure enough, when I arrived, he put Jonathan on it and they had me on the road in about an hour. Very honest and so fair with pricing. These guys were great 5 Stars. Thanks Jose, Erika and Jonathan!!
