I found KNB online after not being able to go to my regular tire technician, Amigo Tires. I had a great initial experience with KNB and Charles, who I suspect to be the owner, because I bought a tire for my wife's driver side front tire. I was very pleased. After having conversations with Charles, I promised to come back and get three other tires from his establishment. I spoke with Charles on two occasions, in the morning and in the afternoon. He promised to take care of my wife's tire and assured me when she got there it would be no problem. My wife left her work approximately about 5:10 p.m. on yesterday to go to KNB. I called Charles again; he reiterated I will take care of her sir. When she got there, there were two other customers ahead of her and we were going to wait patiently. After about a 45 minute wait, Charles came to my wife and stated it was going to be another hour wait when he could have just let myself or my wife know before she went to drive to his establishment; I have some mechanical issues with other customers can you at least come tomorrow to get the tire but, there was no communication and Charles, KNB, has lost my business and I would not recommend him to anyone else. My wife indicated, while she was there there were two other technicians working as well so, for the wait Charles could have obliged to change her tire since she drove over to his establishment for his business. I was very disappointed after having numerous conversations with Charles about earning his business. This is not a random review because my reviews on Google are highly rated and followed by a lot of people so, the experience was very disappointing.

This business owned by Charles is 10 out of 10! Not 5 out of 5. Charles helped me even though I became a pain in the a-s! He kept telling me he was there if I needed him and he sure was! If you need tires or wheels and tires this is the business to go to. They work with your budget and today that means everything! The man must be a saint! Lol. I have to admit I have a bit of OCD and can't make a decision without changing my mind a half a dozen times. I would never go to any other place to buy tires! I've not had the chance to meet Charles face to face because of having to leave to pick up my wife at the airport asap but I can tell you I consider Charles a friend. Remember, a friend in need is a friend indeed! Don't pass this business by. Mark Collins
