Client Since 2018, when I took my silver color 2018 Mini Cooper to KingKoupe first location in Kissimmee, they took care of my needs right away. They did a change of headlamps on my used Mini and fixed a few things that needed to be corrected. As a result, I bought a second Mini, a 2019 Orange color Cooper. They then help me modify the vehicle with things I wanted installed on it and provided all of the maintenance services. When I bought my black 20190BMW 440i, KingKoupe did all of the service maintenance and also helped me add some custom parts I wanted installed. But most importantly they suggested things I should not do and things to avoid in order for the vehicle to not be damaged. Knowledge is Key…! When I bought my 2018 BMW X5 they provided the best of the maintenance and help me get some minor issues corrected. When I recently bought my 2020 BMW X5 M50i vehicle they provided a full diagnostic, did some recommendations and I have been a Happy King Koupe until today. I have referred friends and clients who have also experienced the same as I have, which is knowledge, proper communication with the client, a basic explanation of the services and repairs needed in order to keep your ultimate driving machine working safe on the road. At the end of the day, you choose the car you want, but at the end of the day you also have to make the right decision on who to trust when it comes to the car you truly love. I trust the experts at King Koupe the same way I trust my dentist with my dentures. This is my true and honest testimonial, coming from someone who has had not one but 5 vehicles serviced at King Koupe since 2018 and continue to trust them moving forward.

I was here for four hours and have no idea what they did. I asked them specifically to flush and replace the coolant, do a tuneup, and check the battery. They even replied through text message an exact list of things they would do, and even provided a specific total around 500, but none of it got done. I sat in the lobby from 1 to almost 5, and they came back end of day with an “inspection checklist” with all the things “wrong” with my car, tried to convince me that I need to pay them over 2 grand… all of which I did not ask for. Even if I did agree to it, they made me wait until closing time so I couldn’t get any of the work they recommended done same day anyway. Invoice says all my tires need to be replaced, but the fronts were replaced with brand new tires 3 weeks ago so I know at least that part of the invoice is absolute nonsense. Apparently, they think people are dumb and won’t do their own research. I can buy the same parts they’re trying to charge me for at a FRACTION of the cost online. Egregious overcharging. I came here looking for a good Audi mechanic without the dealership , but I got ripped off all the same by paying for an inspection I didn’t ask for and getting none of the work I wanted done. I should have just gone to Audi to begin with. Lesson learned. I will not be coming back here under any circumstances.

I have extended warranty on my car, the company recommended I take it to KingKoupe. I got in right away and they gave me a list of the items needed to be serviced. They communicated with the warranty and me, got everything approved and promised my car to be completed in 2 days. Everything was done on time, affordable and I really appreciated the text communication so I was up to date and aware of what was going on.

I’m 18 years old and just bought my first car a 2013 BMW 328i and I knew it was going to need some work. Since I’m in school and only have a part-time job, I was shopping around trying to find fair prices and an honest shop. I brought the car to KingKoupe for a full diagnostic, and the were great. They went through the whole car, gave me a detailed list, and even removed the diagnostic charge because I did some of the repairs they recommended. The guy at the front desk really helped me out after I explained my situation, and the price they gave me was way better than anywhere else I called afterward not even close. I’m definitely coming back to finish the rest of the work on my car because I trust them and feel like they truly worked with me. Thanks to the whole team for taking care of me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at King Koup Mechanic. I originally brought my BMW in for a leak, and I was told the issue was the front differential. I went ahead, purchased the part, and paid a significant amount for labor—understanding that BMW repairs are not cheap. My car was left at the shop for quite some time, and now I am being told that there is a transmission leak—something my vehicle did NOT have before bringing it in. This is very concerning and unacceptable. I have spent a lot of time and money, and now I am left with a car that I cannot even drive. Instead of resolving the issue, I feel like I am dealing with more problems than I started with. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this shop, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing experience. Also had taken it just for AC repair then all these problems I never had with car now I do!!
