Joel and Luis were absolutely amazing. I called them after I messed up my rear brake pads by accidentally causing issues with the caliper and electronic parking brake. I was stressed out, but they stayed calm, reassured me, and walked me through everything while getting the job done the right way. Even though they already had a scheduled appointment before me, they still made me a priority and took care of my situation, which really meant a lot during such a stressful moment. They were professional, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing the problem properly—not just rushing through it. Their experience really showed, especially dealing with the electronic parking brake situation. Huge thank you to both of them for the quality work and for helping me stay calm. ⚠️ WARNING to anyone reading this: DO NOT mess with the electronic parking brake unless you truly know what you’re doing. Learn from my mistake! Highly recommend Joel and Luis if you need reliable, professional mobile mechanics.
