I was in Orlando when I had car trouble and luckily ran into Gonzalez Auto Repair at a gas station. The owner and his employees were so helpful and quick to assist me. They got me back on the road with excellent service and true professionalism. I’m really glad I came across them. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleAlex Gonzalez very knowledgeable mechanic identified that the wrong parts were sold to me by AutoZone. He then identified the correct parts as gone and got the parts before leaving the store. Check to make sure what they had in the box matched what was needed further identified they gave him the wrong parts in the box have confirmed to have the right parts is on his way back to do the replacement on a Saturday morning here in Kissimmee. I would highly highly recommend utilizing Alex Gonzales mobile auto repair. No markup on the parts, his labor and travel time and everything well worth it
View on GoogleCalled about getting my brakes looked at, answered immediately and told me I could bring my car in asap!! Thank goodness because my brake pads were GONE (see pics…LOL). When we pulled up my car was checked out right then and there, and he let me know an estimate within 10 minutes. Amazing. Super transparent and trustworthy, let me know about other fixes my car could use and didn’t make me feel pressured (i’m a woman and going to the auto shop stresses me out so bad). Threw in an oil change too for a great price as well. Overall the value and quality you get is amazing, as well as the communication and service. Everyone is very nice and I’m so relieved that i was able to get my car looked at and repaired same day. I highly recommend!!!!
