I just got off the phone with an extremely rude tech. I ask him if he can do a reading on my ECU for my 335i. I let him know the situation, he still asked me a lot of questions that had me repeat myself atleast 8 more times, told me he's going to deal with another customer then he hangs up on me. He had attitude the whole conversation. Makes no sense. This place doesn't deserve a rating with people like that... I'm taking my money elsewhere...
View on GoogleHad a great overall experience. Do yourself a favor and come here first to have your vehicle serviced. Brought my bmw here a few days ago and let me tell you these guys do a thorough job. Came in to address a sound coming from my cv axle. Paid for the diagnostic and they found another major issue with the suspension that was allegedly “ fixed” by another shop a few months prior. Jonathan was able to address both issues in a timely matter. He also pointed out other things that would need servicing in the future. This place is not the cheapest, but I can confidently say I trust this shop with all future repair and maintenance issues with my bimmer. Thank you again for going above and beyond to get me back rolling.
