I mainly went there to rent a truck. Since I needed an oil change for my car, I took the opportunity to leave it there, and I also requested a tire balance. When I returned the truck, they added another charge for a screw that was supposedly in the tire, even though my tires are practically new and weren't losing air. They said they balanced all four tires, but the vehicle still pulls to one side, so I think they either didn't balance them or did it incorrectly. Regarding the screw, they didn't ask me if I wanted it repaired; they just did it and added it to the bill. They changed the oil, but they didn't show me which oil they used, nor the filter. They said they used the original filter, but when I looked, it seemed like a generic one, and I'm not even sure it was new. In short, avoid this shop at all costs. The people who work there are dishonest. The guy also told me I needed another repair on my car that would cost $800-$900, which I didn't believe for a second. Please don't go there. I only got the oil change there because I was short on time and was already renting the truck from them, but I recommend going anywhere else but this place. In the end, for the screw, the oil change, the supposedly new filter, and the tire balance that doesn't seem to have been done correctly, they charged me $170, which is far too expensive for a 2004 Camry.

I brought my car to this shop i left they said leave your phone number we will call you with and estimate “my car was stalling or shaking”. They called me couple hours after I left the shop saying that the part cost 1.500 in the car junkyard or 3.000 in the dealer plus labor!!! Can you believe it? I picked up my car and brought it to a friend in Orlando as soon as he drove my car he said you need to change the transmission fluid and add some additives that cost 120 dollars, my car its like new now! Dont fix your car with this scammers!

View on GooglePaid $25 to have my tire plugged. He didn't take the tire off & a day later it was leaking from the plug. I sent my son back to have them fix it correctly & they charged him another $25 & told him there was another hole in the tire. There's only ONE plug in the tire. A total con man. Beware of this dishonest man.
