My wife and I are Realtors next to Disney World, we were referred to Jay and Bev by a friend when we were looking for a mechanic for our vehicles. My friend was right, Jay does great work and he's honest while caring for his car owners. I don't know off of the top of mind how many of our clients we've referred to them but 30 or more come to mind and all of them are also happy with his workmanship and fees. Right now as I type this he's repairing an A/C system for the back of my bus we have, I would not trust any other person for this job because he's an expert at that as well. Bev communicates all of the details incredibly, so they together make a great team. First visit here after making an appointment. Pleasant to deal with on phone when making appointment. Very impressed with knowledge and care of attention to the work required on my 59 Impala. Everything explained in detail, cost of the work carried out very fair. Will definately use again.
View on GoogleDropped My Vehicle off to DR Jays Auto Repair to ( JAY ), it was a 2003 Toyota Camry I decided to have it repaired at another shop. I had it towed back to my home from his shop today 3/10/2017.... The top of the engine was left open and exposed and parts were put on floor board of the car!!!! The towing company reported that he was very rude and short with them. So in short this is not how my car was received by him and it was certainly NOT returned in the same condition.On top of all this BS We were told by Beverly it would be free to diagnose but Not to return it to its original state! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!! Here are a couple pictures!
View on GoogleJay has worked on 2 of my older Honda Preludes. He has put a new AC in one and fixed the ball joint and door locks in another. I had my car back a day and a half after it was towed to his shop! Highly recommended unlike so many other terrible repair shops I have dealt with in Kissimmee. He isn't lazy and actually wants to do work!
