I had an excellent experience and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The worker did an outstanding job putting my tires on quickly, correctly, and most importantly, safely. You could tell he really knew what he was doing and took the time to make sure everything was done right without rushing or cutting corners. He was extremely polite, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process, which made the experience even better. He explained things clearly when needed and treated me with great customer service from start to finish. It’s hard to find service like this nowadays, and I truly appreciate how efficient and trustworthy he was. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.

Amazing services, great deals and reasonable prices. I got two tires for less than $200. They were used but they were like new. Short wait time! I recommend giving this spot a chance for a new or used tire. Right next door is DR body shop if you need any damages on your vehicles fixed. They also service vehicles. One stop shop!

Just want to start by saying I’m not being rude and don’t hate anyone just giving my honest opinion and statement of the service I was given. My two front tires were balding so I called this place and scheduled an appointment the next day at 5pm. I show up the guy Dennis is very welcoming. After they put the first set of tires on I had this loud vibration noise coming from my tires so I went back. Long story short I had to go back 5 TIMES. They weren’t balancing the tires correctly and they weren’t giving me good tires so everytime I got on the road my car would shake which didn’t happen before. First and second time going there same thing .When I went back the third time and called Dennis he lied and said he already left but then when I got there he was working on somebody’s car. The fourth time I came back he had left and said he couldn’t come back because the lights were already off? When I went back the fifth time it had to be the next day because they had closed shop when I tried to go back which means I had to miss half a day of work and drive from orlando to this place. Dennis had said to get there in the morning at 9:30am when they are supposed to open at 9am. He actually gets there 30 MIN LATE at 10am smelling like weed and proceeds to take his sweet time smoking a cigarette while I’m sitting there already 3 hours late for work waiting. I had him go on a ride with me so he can see what’s wrong. After that he changed the tires again and this time was better but my car still aggressively shakes. He had previously told me to come back so he can do my brakes but I told him I’m not coming back because of how much they kept messing up and that I had to miss work and he just smiled and said “I know”. Then I called afterwards and asked if there’s any discount or refund I can get for all this and he said “I got you with a free tire next time papa, I’ll remember you”. This is the only reason I gave this two stars instead of one and hopefully they remember me because there was so receipts or signed agreement of them giving me a free tire. I hope Dennis and the rest at this shop get better at their craft and their service.
