I went to this place for tire service and had a very bad experience. After leaving, I noticed they left my vehicle without one lug nut on the wheel, which is extremely dangerous. They also didn’t put the valve stem cap back on. This is not a minor detail, it’s a serious safety issue. Driving like this can cause damage or even an accident. It’s unacceptable to deliver such basic work incomplete. I recommend anyone to double-check their vehicle before leaving this place. I would not come back.

Go to place for good quality used tires. Sam’s club didn’t have my tire size and they were asking $200 for a single tire with installation in 5 days. Got a high mileage rated tire barely used at Amigos for $60. In and out the door in about 30 minutes. I don’t understand the bad reviews as I’ve had great experiences both times I’ve been. Obviously the tires don’t come with warranty, but my last tire installed here almost 2 years ago is still in great shape about 30k miles later.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place deserves one. Wheel alignment was done here after my steering felt off. They tested it twice to make sure it was correct. Car now drives straight without me constantly adjusting the wheel. Waiting area is basic, but service quality makes up for it.

Communication was clear the entire time, and you can truly tell they value their customers. The staff has a profound sense of urgency when tending to customers, and they work with purpose and care.
