I responded to a FB add with some 35 Nitto Ridge Grapps that I wanted. The add include mounting and balance. I called and scheduled an appointment for that evening after receiving the total price including taxes for everything. The entire process was seamless. The price did not change and the shop owner was very personable. Amazing experience and no hassle. I will definitely revisit Alpha Tires for future services!!

I would also like to recognize the gentleman at the front counter and the owner of the shop, both of whom were incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a business where everyone works together to provide such a high level of customer service. Their honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly stood out. I went by to check it out and spoke with the owner about the tires and see if the shop was capable of mounting and balancing the tires on a set of 22 inch rims. Since places like Tire Kingdom, Sam's Club, and Walmart were unable I was pleased to find out they could. Robin the owner showed me his establishment and balancing equipment. The service guys were very nice and used dynamic balancing with the wheels. The new tires ride smooth I was in and out in a short time. I was happy to find out about the other services they provide, oil changes, rotations, etc. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

I came in expecting to purchase brand new tires at full price, trusting that I was getting safe, high-quality products. Instead, I later discovered that the tires sold to me were already expired. This is completely unacceptable. Tires are a critical safety component, and selling expired ones—especially at the cost of brand new tires—is not only misleading but also dangerous. I relied on your business to provide honest service, and I feel that trust has been seriously violated. I paid a premium price under the assumption that I was receiving new, reliable tires. What I actually received were products that may already be compromised due to age, which puts both me and others on the road at risk. This situation raises serious concerns about your business practices and quality control. I will be in contact with the BBB.
