Second time coming here and again a great experience. Friendly staff. Came to get four new tires for my car and always a great price including alignment! Very quick and efficient. Went to this shop looking to fix a leaking front tire. The tire was beyond repair . We replaced both front tires and aligned the wheels. Truck drives perfectly now. Thanks Mr Mo and crew. Jose.

I am extremely shaken by my recent experience at this shop. I brought my BMW in with a simple concern: a belt replacement and a poly belt installation. The owner immediately started arguing with the worker, questioning why the price was so low, which felt unprofessional and hostile from the first moment. This set a terrible tone for the entire visit. After they worked on the car, the differences were immediate and alarming. Before handing over the car, no light was on (except the tire). Now, after their service, almost every warning light is on—airbags, restraints, and other systems. The car no longer runs smoothly; it feels like a different vehicle altogether, almost like it’s running like shit. This is not what I expected after leaving a shop that many people trust. To make matters worse, a prior inspection at Pep Boys had indicated what needed to be done, and the car was running perfectly well after that inspection. Yet, post-service, the handling and performance deteriorated significantly. I even suspect more troubling things: parts were exchanged, many items were touched, and I worry that the engine might have been removed or replaced in ways that I did not authorize. It’s incredibly distressing to think something like this could happen at a shop that should be a safe and reliable place to entrust my vehicle. What hurts most is the behavior of the owner when we voiced our concerns. He became rude and dismissive, and it felt like there was an effort to shut down our genuine worries rather than address them. One of the workers stood out as genuinely kind, but it’s clear he is being subjected to an unfair and abusive environment, unable to speak up for himself. We left the car for over five hours, hoping for a proper fix, but the end result was a broken trust and a car that is not safe to drive. It’s heartbreaking to see a business that so many people rely on treat customers and dedicated staff this way. If you’re considering this shop, proceed with extreme caution. My experience has left me deeply disappointed, worried about safety, and questioning the integrity of the work performed. I hope the owner reevaluates how he treats his employees and customers, and I hope the shop takes immediate steps to ensure the safety and accountability of their services.
