Took my car in for routine maintenance and had a great experience. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and everything was explained clearly and transparently. There was no pressure to upsell services or push me into doing everything at once. They provided honest feedback on what needed immediate attention and what could reasonably wait for the coming months, which I really appreciated. I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here going forward.

Needing brake repair to start a vacation trip, Mike Amato did an amazing, factual survey of the brakes and major car components. The results was a checklist with photos and repair cost of each problem. He handed me a copy and emailed a copy. It was easy to make a thoughtful decision on the worked needed before starting the family vacation. They completed the work on time and price given. Overall they are a professional auto repair shop and I will return in the future.

I must confess it was the first time I ever went to a car shop that I didn’t feel like they wanted to get my money at all cost. They screened the whole car to check if there was something that needed to be repaired, but they didn’t push it to me like “Hey, you gotta fix this and that, besides that.” No, they just called me and said “Your car is done.” Later they sent me a link with the diagnosis and it was categorized as Urgent, Soon and Ok. I just loved it! You guys just got a new client and I’ll recommend your services whenever convenient to doing so. God bless you guys.

We had two estimates in hand for replacing the a/c compressor, condenser and expansion valve. One was from the dealer and one was from a chain. This place was recommended for working with Miatas, so we tried to get an estimate over the phone. They were absolutely unwilling to do that, even though we asked what it would cost for total replacement. They claimed they needed to see it. We should have left it at that. Instead we brought it in for the approximately $200 diagnostic check that we were told would be applied to the cost of the repair. The cost we were quoted at that point was over $1000 more than the dealer quote. He offered to match lower quotes, but with that big of a gap, this business lost our trust. This was a sunk cost scam. They figure if they've got $200, you'll stick with them and hopefully you won't check competitor prices, but if you do they can at least keep your business by matching. I lost the sunk cost and saved over $1000 by going with the chain store.

My car was parked close to the Auto Care Center on University Drive and when I was ready to leave my location, one of my tires was completely FLAT, it was 06:30 PM. I noticed that one of the doors at the Auto Center was slightly open, so I decided to give it a try... 06:30 Pm on a Friday evening not great to get stuck with a flat tire. Charles was working late and kindly asked me to wait 15 minutes and go back. Charles 10 minutes later came looking for me and went out of his way to help me. NOT only did he help me but he diagnosed the issue with my tire. My tire wasn't flat because of a nail or else. My car has low profile tires and Charles explained to me what happen .. Not only did he fix the problem, He also made sure that once I left everything was ok. In less than an hour he fixed the issue. What else can I say : He helped me when he had all the right to be on his way home, he made sure that everything was right,, tires properly inflated. Charles was so polite and kind and KNOWLEDGABLE... If you live close by or, you are travelling that why, You should check the place out..... Such a rare GEM in a world where everyone is in a rush. He really cared. THANK YOU By the way the tow truck that I called in the first place had an ETA of about 2 hours .... I was not happy. AUTO CARE CENTER on University is the place to go. I have to stop by and say thank You again.
