In terms of mechanics who you can trust to not swindle you and mislead you into unnecessary spending, the guys here are as real and good as it gets. All the guys are very knowledgeable, very helpful they'll even give you discounts you didn't know you had cause they seem based on my observations to bank on them providing a quality service and experience versus many of these other places and people who will happily lie to you just to get some extra coin off you from the brief moment under the sun with which you are with them. Its quite predatory and it's a breathe of fresh air to see a place operate in such customer first, nigh virtuous kind of way. Beyond that each and every time I find myself having quality conversations with folks like Eduardo and Charles, one of which is the manager of the spot. Even seeing how he handles his team and interacts he is the kind of man to lead by example and by extension this applies the level of service and experience you'll have as a customer, they'll give you generous discounts if its available, honestly this place has easily earned every star on this review. Of course the pictures here are from the inside, well kept and spacious. You can also set appointments if you ask and are busy this very visit to them was on such a thing. They'll even literally call you when the time for your appointment has come and all. They're very communicative and knowledgeable, this applies just as well to the guys like atilla and others who directly labor on the cars as well. Based on my multiple experiences so far at this exact place, all I can say is each star has been earned multiple times over. At least the current staff and manager, they have earned my trust and then some. I will be coming back here again.

We were in a pickle after driving 300 miles to go to a cruise. Then attendant Mauricio came to our rescue immediately and checked out the tire. We needed to get to the cruise terminal asap so he filled for air at no charge. It got us there but upon return of the cruise, we were flat again. A lovely family helped us pump art at the parking structure.We called TK, spoke with. Charlie and he told us to come on in. Again greeted immediately and they discovered a nail in our tire upon removing it. They are patching it up now. Attial helped us today and again jumped in to help. Very friendly, fast and great customer service! We were in an out in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend this location for your tire needs and emergencies. Thank you for rescuing us!!

Had a great experience at this tire shop. Eduardo was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He handled my situation with care and expertise, made everything stress-free, and took the time to make sure I was taken care of properly. The customer service was top tier and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back in the future

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this shop. I went in for a tire repair and was told I needed two patches, which I paid for and even left a tip because I thought the service was good. A couple days later my tire was still leaking air, so I went back and they couldn’t find the problem. They kept going back and forth saying they could put a third patch and then saying they couldn’t, blaming a small nail that hadn’t even pierced through the tire instead of clearly explaining or fixing the issue. After losing confidence, I asked them to put on my spare so I could go somewhere else, but they said it would cost $20 so they just put the same tire back on and filled it with air again. I also noticed that when they mounted the tire, the alignment mark on the tire didn’t line up with the valve stem and was about five inches off, which can potentially cause imbalance. I then went to another shop where the technician easily removed the nail and confirmed it wasn’t leaking at all, then checked the patches and found that the adhesive backing hadn’t even been removed, meaning the patches were never properly installed. I paid for two patches and tipped, and they still missed a basic step, so I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. The pictures i attached are from the other shop.
