want to leave a review for RM Motors in Hollywood because my experience with Rodolfo was truly exceptional. My car was hit while it was parked in my driveway in front of my house, and the entire back bumper was scraped. To make matters worse, the person responsible did not have insurance, so I had to go through my own insurance company and pay the deductible, even though I was not even in the car. It was a frustrating and expensive situation. I chose RM Motors based on the great reviews I saw online, and Rodolfo completely lived up to them. He was extremely communicative throughout the process and genuinely tried to help me find the best possible options to get my car repaired at a reasonable price. On top of that, he cleaned my van, which was a total mess, and when I ended up hurting myself on the way there, he went out of his way to help me even more, including taking me to get gas for the van. Rodolfo treated me with a level of care and kindness that is rare these days. The best way I can describe him is like the perfect combination of a father, brother, and husband in that moment, someone protective, thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely caring. It honestly brings a tear to my eye to know there are still good people out there who truly want to help others. Many blessings to Rodolfo and his family. After getting an exorbitant estimate from the dealership I found Rodolfo. I read his reviews and had a good feeling about him. I took my car in and got an estimate almost $6000 less than the dealership. My car was repaired and ready in only a few days. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. The work he did was outstanding. He also charged me exactly what he estimated.. Rodolfo was a pleasure to work with, he’s honest and always responded quickly when I called.
