I contacted professional mobile tire to balance the front tires on my truck and install two new rear tires on my Mercedes. The tech arrived promptly and got right to work, balanced the truck tires fast and did a good job balancing them. Unfortunately he overtightened the wheel lugs so tight and they were extremely difficult to get off for a brake job the following week. He spent a very long time on the Mercedes, I heard a few loud noises during the process but gave him space to work. Backup truck arrived so I knew they were having an issue but nothing was communicated to me. Upon completion, the company owner shows me a portion of the wheel that was “previously damaged” and also a broken tire pressure gauge. He assured me that he would get the replacement gauge and come back to repair it. I now cannot access the valve stem to fill the tire with air if needed. I’ve sent a few messages to no reply and now I’m leaving a negative review for others to see and hopefully avoid this business. I run a small business myself so I understand mistakes happen, but to not fix a blatant error is just bad business.
