I specifically called ahead and asked if they could remove the wheel lock from my car. I was told, “Yes, no problem, come over.” I said I would arrive in 10 minutes. I drove there on a flat tire, about a mile, specifically because they confirmed they could help me. After waiting inside for about 30 minutes, someone finally came up to me and said there were no mechanics left for the day and that I would need to come back tomorrow. That is completely unprofessional. If you can’t take a customer, say it immediately instead of making someone drive on a damaged tire and waste their time. They also tried to overcharge for tires. First they give one price, then after seeing the wheels they suddenly say the price will be much higher because the wheels are “big.” Absolutely do not recommend. They do not keep their word and do not respect customers’ time.

Called and asked for a quote in regard to a Groupon price for a full synthetic oil change and they were transparent with me about the price mentioning the oil disposal fee on top of the Groupon price. Once there, the manager Maaz Shayan honored the price that was spoken about over the phone. The mechanic Jesus finished the oil change within 30 mins and also checked the other fluid levels in the car and topped off everything that was low. They also used brand new full synthetic oil, nothing recycled. Great service, quick and efficient.
