View on GoogleNeeded tires swapped out. Brought in my own. Workers and front desk are really nice and prices were good. I paid $178 for alignment and my tires to be swapped. Monica was kind. They give you a paper to show computer detection on the alignment as well. A before and after.
View on GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the quality of work I received here. I had my starter repaired last year, and just one year later I began experiencing issues again. After taking my vehicle to another mechanic, I was informed that the bolt holes securing the starter had been stripped, which caused it to come loose over time. This kind of careless workmanship is unacceptable and ended up costing me even more money to fix a problem that should have been done correctly the first time. What’s more concerning is the lack of proper diagnosis. I specifically told them something was wrong with my AC, yet instead of taking the time to identify the root cause, they simply topped off the Freon. While it temporarily improved, the issue was never resolved, and I am now dealing with the same problem again. This shows a pattern of quick, surface-level fixes rather than competent, lasting repairs. Overall, this experience reflects a serious lack of attention to detail, accountability, and technical skill. I trusted them to handle repairs properly, and instead I am left paying for their mistakes. I would not recommend this place for anything beyond the most basic services, despite their claims of offering more.
