If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I came here around 4 pm yesterday and asked how much they charge to get my spark plugs and coils done if I bring my own parts. They guy quoted me 180. But he said come in the morning. I come here 8 am and the other guy the brother is telling me I can't do it because you brought your own parts. I'm telling him yesterday his brother said yes and gave me a quote. And both of them were here yesterday. If they would of just said they dont do it because i have my own parts to start with i would of just went somewhere else and thats it but he literally said come back in the morning and ill do it. Horrible horrible customer service. Never come here. And sad part is I've been coming here for years for my oil change. But never again. Save your money go somewhere else. This is not good customer service. This is not how business is done. You do not tell the customer one thing one day and the next something else. DO NOT COME HERE. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Edit: the owner responded they didn't touch my car because I brought in the wrong parts. ALL LIES!!! PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT COME HERE. They didn't do my car because they didn't like the fact I bought the parts from autozone rather than buying from them directly. And the fact that the owners response was a complete lie says tells the exactly how this business is run. Horrible customer service. If they had just been upfront from the start I would have gotten the service I needed somewhere else and continued getting my oil changes and whatever else I needed here but instead they lost a customer forever.

View on GoogleStumbled upon this place by accident. I was going to Walmart, which is two blocks away for auto oil change. They didn’t have auto center at that location. I went to Groupon and found the next closest place which was two blocks away. They had a special on oil changes I called and spoke to Andy, he was able to take me right away no-waiting. I ask for the same service as jiffy lube he said of course and better. They changed the oil, check tires, clean windows, ect he said of course and a new filter change. They were guick, affordable, and kind. They’re in hollywood corner is here in the photo 2 short blocks from Walmart in Hollywood Tell them you saw my post. Love this place. View on GooglePurchased 4 oil change services from Groupon for my next two sets of changes for my two vehicles for New and Used Tires Outlet. Any ,Vis and the other fellows treated me well. I was concerned about a noise I heard while driving and Vis checked and saw nothing, decided to have the tires rotated since three were already off. I liked the price, the work and the customer service, I definitely will be back.
