Mr. Wheels did an outstanding job installing our custom-designed wheels. They took extra care during the installation process to ensure there were no scratches, scuffs, or rub marks on the new wheels, which we really appreciated. They even used black balancing weights to match the inside of the wheels for a cleaner, more professional look. The attention to detail and quality of work was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend Mr. Wheels for anyone looking for a careful and professional wheel installation.

These guys have an outstanding reputation for a good reason. they DO IT RIGHT. Either that or you can take your chances with the other big tire and wheel shops that seem to all be 3 ring circuses. Save yourself all the hassle and go here... buy here....and be done with it. 4 new tires, REAL ROADFORCE BALANCE, and alignment. The guys that work here are no joke. All professionals.

Disappointed. Lady over phone told me to come in and there’s no wait for wheel alignment. Came in within 10mins of call. Was told tech just walked out for lunch and would be back in 25-30min. Waited over an hour. Walked in asking where the tech was and he was sitting down doing nothing. I called 30min prior to stepping in and told them I’ll be in my truck waiting. He was inside of his bay walking around doing nothing 10mins after I drove in. Customer service here is terrible.

I recently bought a new car in January, and very soon after delivery I noticed the car vibrating heavily during braking, and a clunking noise coming from the rear. I took it to multiple shops that couldn’t properly diagnose and fix the car. Months had gone by at this point. After consulting with the dealer I brought the car from, we took it to Mr. Wheels. Within 4 days of us dropping the car off, the vibration was gone and rear control arms were replaced, stopping the clunking noise. It feels amazing to have the car back after multiple months. I would 100% recommend Mr. Wheels to anyone considering a shop for their car, whether modding or for repairs, especially those with sport cars or exotic cars. Will be returning again!
