ABISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE... The guy Luis that is the one that answers the phone and arranges for the service of the vehicles doesn't keep you updated on the repairs, he told me to leave my car in there so they could find the problem... I left my car for the whole day,( it was dropped off around 10AM) well, I don't hear nothing that day, the next day I called to see what is happening, this is around 11AM then he tells me the problem is the started button that is not working properly, and he tells me it is going to be around 400.00 to change it... I thought it was too much money for that, but my vehicle was already there, and I couldn't take it out, because it had the starting problem... so I tell him to go ahead with the repair... by 3PM I call him to find out if they finished the repair... and he tells me to give him 15 min and he'll call me back, but maybe the vehicle will be ready by 6 PM.. so I waited and waited for his call back, and nothing... around 5PM I call him back to see if they finished the job, and he sent me to voice mail, I call again and was sent to voice mail... I waited a few more minutes, but I was getting nervous since he said that it'll be ready by 6PM and I need to know if I should get an uber to pick up my vehicle... I called him again and nothing... immediately was sent to voice mail... so I decided to take an Uber to go there and see what is happening, this guy is not telling me and not answering the phone and just sends me to voice mail, so I get there and find him there, and first thing he tells me is "It's not ready, what you want to do" and I said .. why didn't you answer the phone, you made me come here to see what is happening... And with all the cynicism in the world he just said... "well it's not ready" this is just almost 6PM so I stayed for a few more minutes to see if they would finish it, but no.... they guy Luis just told me ... well we are closing... we are going to go, and started to put the lights out, I had to get out of the place and he just left me standing in there outside his shop, he just locked everything got in his car and went in his way, with me left behind outside his shop... This guy is a Cynic and uncourteous individual, doesn't know or just doesn't care about customer service, i told him I hadn't had come if you had answer the phone, and just told me about it... Not going to this place ever again, it was a mistake that I took my vehicle there in the first place.. Ah and to top it all up, they charge you and extra 3% of the total if you use a Credit card for payment... I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Great service at Marka tires, had my tires replaced and the service was fast, professional, and friendly. Explanations were clear and pricing was fair, would definitely recommend if you need a good mechanic

Went to take my Tesla for a flat tire after all the shops around told me it couldn't be done. Luis helped me right away to solve the problem, very friendly and fast place. Would recommend to anyone around the area for a quick and reliable service.

Some body need to be aware about the this shop. It’s unacceptable, if you need you car take it somewhere else. I’m going to make sure you don’t have to that to someone else.
