The worst experience ever !! I brought my BMW in to get the transmission looked at . I got a call from the owner a couple days later to “please pass by shop” when I arrived my bumper was off the car and the owner “ HECTOR” explained to me that they accidentally hit a “bump” bringing my car into the repair bay. Which was not the case they completely crashed my car with another vehicle my front bumper was completely cracked and dented . The owner hector told me he will take care of it and “fix it “ The car spent another 3 weeks there and he took the bumper to Multiple body shops and try to give me back my bumper primer not even painted or any clear coat applied to it. When the owner saw, I wasn’t satisfied with that after two weeks. He became very aggressive towards me and told me he is not a.”body shop” He can’t make another Shop do the job right we were back-and-forth with this for over three weeks filing the bumper was never fixed correctly He refused to credit anything for all the time my car was at the shop, dude to their careless and irresponsible employee crashing my car.. This place is very unprofessional. The owner is rude. A very disrespectful. I ended up calling the police and filing the police report with them .. do not bring your car here !!! They will crash it and try to give it back to you like if nothing happened !
