Been coming here for since September 2019 after graduating college and I know for many young people who are not car savvy, it can be hard to find a trusted repair service. I’ve been servicing my now 12 year old car at this place, they’re always fair never tell you what unnecessary replacements are needed. I get an oil change with them all the time and my car works like new. If they find something I trust it’s important to replace. Best place to come to I drive from North Miami Beach and the gables just to get my car serviced here. 10/10

I brought my car in for what should have been a very simple job — removing a nail from a tire and checking for a puncture. When I arrived, I explained the problem to the worker in the yard and he told me to pull the car in front of an empty bay. Shortly after, the shop manager came out and told me to move the car to the parking lot and wait because they were busy. After waiting and leaving the car with them, it was returned about an hour and a half later. Unfortunately, I immediately noticed the valve cap was missing and the tire was leaking air from the spot where the nail had been removed. I came in with a tire that was holding air, but they gave the car back with a flat tire. I called the manager right away and he took the car back in. They eventually fixed the problem and he apologized, but the entire process took about two hours for something that normally takes 15–20 minutes. The manager blamed an inexperienced worker, but the real issue is that the work clearly wasn’t checked before the car was returned. That responsibility ultimately falls on management. Another concern: I also noticed the wheel bolts were tightened using only an impact tool, with no final check using a torque wrench. That is not standard professional practice for tire service. Although they corrected the mistake, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Came here after another shop couldn't do my wheel alignment and Kenny was great he told me dont worry we can get this handled and handled they did price was also great . Left my chevy express van and in a couple of hours I got the call and problem solved . Save yourself the headache and come to this shop .

I cannot recommend this place enough! Incredible service, full transparency when it comes to services rendered, the owner is hands on and so welcoming. This is the only place I will take my car.

I have had my personal and company vehicles serviced here for a few years now. I always recieved great customer service and very timely repairs. However, I had brought my suv in for service Dec last year because it was overheating. They could not find the issues but did a brake job for me. My suv overheated a few days later and I had to bring it back to get a new radiator etc. No problem. I noticed it running a little rough but was happy to have it back. We only use this suv for short trips and not regularly but I did notice it still running rough. I recently drove with a friend and he suspected a problem. Looking under the hood he found both front spark plugs on opposite sides of the engine broken off. He worked in a auto shop previously anf said "yeah, this is how they get you back for service to get more of you $$." It was without question that this was done intentionally and I have only brought it to one shop for service. I was very dissapointed that a good shop would treat customers like this and wanted to let people know my experience here.As I stated before, this was a good shop and it could have been just one employee, but I will be sadly bringing my cars and company vehicles to another shop moving foward! Reply to owner: My friend isnt the problem. He fixed the problem. I have a business too and I accept fault whether deserved or not. Not push it off and deny. Facts are facts, someone there broke off the spark plug heads. It just doesnt happen on its own on opposite sides of the motor and your shop was the only placed serviced. In fact you did the spark plugs and tune previously too! Im not looking for something for nothing. I dont have time for that. I did have an issue with service before and you offered $10 discount of a $500 service. That is enough of an insult for me to try and find a new place. I never reviewed to tell customers to stay away. Just wanted customers to know to make sure that there are not new problems after they recieve their vehicles back after service. Everything is good until it is not and then I move on.
