02/07/25 4:30 PM Very unprofessional service from Emilio & his assistant. Brought in an 05 four cylinder 2.0 Hyundai Tucson that's in very good condition for an A/C switch replacement & left with the interior dashboard cracked as an end result. Emilio wasn't forwright in explaining about the part in detail when it was ordered, like if it's new or used & the warranty wasn't explained either. It had to be asked. Otherwise, he acts dumb & refuses to take responsibility, excusing himself by simply saying it's an "old" car. When the keys were given back after the job was finished, nothing was said or even mentioned about the broken & cracked interior after the A/C switch installation. When I asked the assistant who did the work about it, he didn't say a word. All in all, it's a negative experience I didn't expect from Emilio. He obviously didn't care. I'm very disappointed in Emilio & his attitude. He would rather give a full refund than put in the extra effort to correct a mistake on his end. He's negligent & very unprofessional since he has so much work that he doesn't care if he loses a few clients who he clearly never valued & respected in the 1st place. Good riddance. There are too many mechanics out here to just settle for one that won't take accountability. I'm very disappointed. He should have replaced the broken exterior part with another one that isn't broken & the problem would've been resolved, but he refused to. When the keys were given to him, it was not broken, but we got it back broken. He didn't even bother looking at the broken exterior. He just excused his attendants' poor work. The interior was not in poor condition either. Everything was in good condition as the vehicle was only ever owned by the original owner. It's pitiful how Emilio excused himself & wouldn't be sincere about his attendants' mistake. He should have personally done the work instead.
