BEWARE: Unprofessional, dishonest, and unsafe service The worst repair shop in Hollywood. I paid $3000 for a small repair that took one day, and they returned my car with missing lug nuts on the wheels. They stole the original lug nuts and replaced them with non-original ones, and the owner got angry when I went back and told me he couldn't help me and that I should come back another day. The mechanics were negligent and used an impact wrench with excessive force, breaking my original Mazda wheel studs. Instead of being honest about their mistake, they tried to hide it and delayed the delivery of my car for days. To make matters worse, they lost my original Mazda OEM lug nuts and tried to replace them with cheap, generic, aftermarket parts without my consent. It is unacceptable to pay $3,000 only to have your vehicle damaged and then be lied to about it. Using non-original parts on wheel studs is a major safety concern. I am currently filing a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). If you value your safety, your money, and your time, DO NOT come here. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and will hide property damage from you."

Richie and Carfix redid my work van that was so beat up other auto shops wouldnt touch it. They fixed dent after dent, repaired rusted metal, painted it nicely, and installed a new front bumper. They painted my back bumper, mirrors, and even fixed a door handle that kept breaking. Then to top it all off, Richie got me a great deal on having my van decaled with my businesses information, and it looks great! I am so impressed and happy with how it came out! He also fixed my ex wifes car a few months back, and repainted my Ford this year too. I have had him care for three vehicles and every time its a great job, a great price, and promptly cared for. I paid Car Fix on Hollywood Boulevard to do a ceramic coating on my car and it was completely terrible. When I picked the car up, there were visible nicks in the paint and the coating was done incorrectly. I also paid them to repaint my back fender and had to bring my car back three to four different times because they never finished the job right. Every time I came back, he gave me the wrong time to drop it off, then pushed it back last minute. After all that, he started acting like I was the inconvenience — even though I paid him a lot of money for this work. The front headlights I paid them to install are also trash. They don’t look right when turned on, and the outside is already peeling in under a year. Their work is sloppy, rushed, and extremely inconsistent. For the amount of money I spent, this is unacceptable. At this point, I expect a full refund. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else.

By far the absolute BEST car experience I’ve ever had in 27 years of driving. Richie and his team were amazing from the moment I walked in. Courteous and straight forward about everything. The estimate was lower than the previous 4 I had already received and the time frame to get it done was 2 weeks less. I dropped the car off the first week of February and the car was finished before Valentine’s Day. Richie was in contact with me with updates and I even paid to have the car repainted. There were no surprises and no issues from drop off to pick up. I would recommend Carfix Auto Repair to everyone. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication. To whom it may concern : I was in desperate need to fix my rear cover bumper , I was advised to go to car fix on 1148 S. Dixie Highway , Fl.. 33020. Im glad I did , upon meeting Richard the owner , His greetings n friendly vibes assured me I can to the right place , I explained my situation, I was told no problem, my car was fixed as u can see , very professional job n the extra paint was was put on a few scratches as a hospitality. My advice , if u have any mechanical problem or Auto body work come to CAR FIX ! reason prices.. 😎👍
