Donald was AMAZING! Kind soul that helped me QUICKLY resolve such a simple car issue. It seems like poor parking at a concrete bumper slid off the front trim on the passenger’s side of my car. Donald went in and came out with a screw and drill with popping it back in place and screwing it in. It’s like he ensured it would STAY FIXED. Plus I just walked in and was helped ASAP. No appointment made (BUT I did call before coming since I made the mistake of going to another collision place instead of the one actually linked to my vehicle). Such AMAZING customer service! Hopefully I wouldn’t need to come back but god forbid another vehicle issue occurs, THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME TO!!!

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. Worst experience ever. My car was there for almost 3 months and according to them it was due to parts being on back order, they stated that they had no idea when the parts would be available. I now have a rental car bill for over $2500 due to their inability to do their job. Considering the situation and my urge to get the car back on the road I went to other dealers in the area and was able to locate all the 6 parts that auto-nation could not locate. I got them all and delivered them to auto-nation so they could install on my car. This is something that as a customer I should have never had to do. How is it that such a “big” business is unable to get parts but a simple customer can find them in less than 1 day??? I am now dealing with them trying to get fully reimbursed. Management is non existent here, several times I requested to speak with the manager but he would always refused to see me in person. Days later Mr. Graham finally called on the phone and tried to defuse the situation by making jokes and providing excuses. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I finally have my car back but to make things worse I realized that there are multiple issues with the car. - The hood doesn’t close smooth unless I slam it really hard. -several push pins that secure plastic covers around wheel well and engine compartment are missing. -A headlight they replaced is full of moisture after washing car. -Power window Switch was reinstalled back-wars. Save yourself the trouble and go some where else. This place is a joke and should not be operating.

I am very pleased with the service I received! I had a dent on my brand new SUV and was so worried because of the location of the damage and special paint color! Tasheeka D. is wonderful!! She remained in contact with me on a daily basis and ensured I was well taken care of informed on every detail that was going on with my vehicle. I was surprised with how quickly it took and how well of a job! It looks like new and perfect paint job!!
