I bought 4 tires from them through eBay. 2 of those tires did not meet their description. They both got flat so I took them to be fixed—all kinds of hidden patches and plugs were discovered upon examination. I contacted the seller—it’s been weeks, no response. This is misrepresentation! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!
View on GoogleI had a great experience all around. I purchased my tire on Ebay. I then spoke to Juan to set a time to pick up the tire. He was very nice and helpful on the phone. When I arrived, I was very happy to find the tire was exactly as described. The waiting area and garage are the cleanest and most organized of the tire shops I’ve ever seen. We women notice things like this and I felt very comfortable there. I had Richard mount and balance the tire after a very short wait. I asked Richard to check my other tire, which had been losing a very small amount of air over the last several days. He found a small nail and patched it as well as balanced the tire again. Their prices are very reasonable and the service was quick and friendly. Most importantly everything was as described. The shop is 45 minutes away from my house, but I will definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone who does not have the same tire sizes as me! Lol
