I lived in Miami Lakes for 16 years and I’ve never seen a shop like this in my entire life. John the main person that I spoke with at the front desk was absolutely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They treated me like royalty in this shop. The best experience of my life as far as car shops they even have complementary pick up and drop off service absolutely free. My car works beautifully and everything was handled with ultimate care. I definitely will be coming back for more services. I highly recommend the shop! Infinity, stars and beyond my favorite person was John.

What an incredible experience with the guys @ Prestige Auto. Its a breath of fresh air knowing there are still honest folks out there (especially in the auto mechanics world) and that these guys are the best. Every promise made by them was a promise kept. From the time it took to perform the service to their concierge drop off / pick up service, everything was top notch. My wife's BMW 430i factory warranty just expired, so i can rest assured that her car will be taken care as good as, if not better, than the BMW factory authorized dealer. Will unequivocally use them again if / when any future service needs arise. I highly recommend.

Gil and the staff hands down have a customer for life. They were able to attend to our Car that got a flat tire. They were able to accommodate us last minute. Literally just told us to come on in and they take care of the rest.

Gil and Prestige were amazing. Just got the car from carvana and I wanted to do PPI. They were able to check my car in 3 hours. Marlin was super knowledgeable about Porsches and very helpful. I definitely recommend anyone that needs anything with their car. If you buy through Carvana and have Silver Rock warranty they work seamlessly with them from filing the claim to sourcing OEM parts. It’s a challenge to find honest, trustworthy mechanics these days, but this shop truly exceeded my expectations. Their team of expert mechanics earned my complete trust working on my Range Rover. From the moment I walked in, Caesar greeted me with a smile, the entire team is friendly and professional! The Manager Christian is awesome, relatable and personable, he explained the details of my service, invoice and warranty 3-year / 36,000 miles on parts and labor. Conveniently located in Miami Lakes just down the street from my house, they also provided a courtesy ride. Nelson their driver gave me a ride home and picked me up, he was so nice making my experience all the more pleasant. To top it off, they washed my car and gave me a welcome gift, including a tote bag and thermos. I’ve been searching for a new reliable mechanic and I’m thrilled to have found a shop with a great reputation so close to home.
