If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. My car was there for over 2 months with constant delays and changing stories. First they said they never received the estimate, then they needed supplements, then more “new damages” kept appearing every time the insurance reviewed the car. I was never given a clear timeline and every time I asked for updates, there was a different excuse. Things got even worse when I went in person trying to get answers. Instead of helping, I was treated disrespectfully and never received a straight answer about when my car would actually be repaired. Throughout this process, I constantly had to call my insurance because communication from the shop was terrible. My vehicle sat there for months while the process kept getting dragged out. I would strongly recommend anyone to think twice before bringing their vehicle here. My experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely unprofessional.

The attention and customer service from the owner himself were horrible. Very unprofessional experience from beginning to end. Every time we would call for an update on the car, they would respond rudely and act annoyed that we were even asking, when as customers it is our right to know what is going on with our vehicle. Instead of handling things professionally, the owner would even hang up the calls. When I asked why the car was taking much longer than expected, the response I received was basically that my car was not the only car in the shop and that they had many other vehicles to work on. As a professional business, you should not give customers a timeframe that you are not going to meet. If the shop is already falling behind, then stop accepting more cars until you can properly finish the ones already there. The repair ended up taking over a month past the date they originally promised the car would be ready. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

View on GoogleDo not recommend! The owners have unprofessional behavior and they are horrible with addressing customers concerns adequately. Not only that the paint job was off and Alejandro said that they can “probably” do something about it just that it has to be the week after since the painter is in Cuba. I’ve been waiting since 11/16/2024 and nothing. Either the painter stayed in Cuba or they do not want to fix the mistake they made.
