Terrible Service Went in for a patch Left with all my brand new lug nuts scratched and damaged Brought it to the attention of the owner and was threatened and told to call Miami Dade to file a claim My $30 patch turned into a $120 replacement of my lugs Blamed me for not telling him to be careful with my lugs
View on GoogleThe place is a typical 3rd world garage shop. No customer service, no prices are posted and it looked like the garage charges per person not per services. Went in to fix a flat and it was different price($30) than what they charged the other guy.
View on GoogleDisgusting customer service. Kept cutting me off while speaking, walking off, wouldn’t even let me describe the issue and requested repair. Wouldn’t answer any basic questions about brands, availability, pricing etc. Owner is ridiculously arrogant. Not sure how they’re still in business. Just ended up driving off.

View on GoogleI bought a used tire from this place but right after getting out of the place; maybe half a block away, I notice I huge bump that shake my car when driving. So I turned back and told the guy he sold me a bad tire….to which he claimed used tires did not have any type of warranty and did not offer any type of solution. While having the situation with the owner another customer asked me what happened and as I was explaining the situation, the owner got exasperated and threaten to call the police on ground of needing the space and have me removed from his business. I said I was go into leave a bad review on all social media to which he laughed and said he did not care as many other people do not use social media and does not affect his business at all. This type of business together with the bad attitude is the type of business that should not be around. Taking the money from a good citizen is not right. There are multiple other places with very considerate owners willing to help a customer, unfortunately I made such a bad decision that day and I regret it. I am definitely not going back nor suggest this place to any of my friends. Avoid having a bad moment and maybe leave with worst problems other than the one you went in for the first place. Bad owner/ bad service / bad attitude. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
