I've always felt a certain way about taking my vehicles anywhere other than to a dealership for service. Like most people, I've had bad experiences with independant general mechanic shops. But my opinion has now changed after having worked twice with Christian and the people at HACC. I had an appointment at 9am, Christian received my truck promptly. I brought my 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Duramax 3.0 in with a bad a/c and not blowing cold air at all and they were able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly. Christian explained the core issue and the chain reaction the issue caused and the repairs that would need to take place to resolve my a/c issue for good. Christian kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process and had my truck ready for pickup right on schedule. My truck overwent the replacement of the entire a/c system (compressor, condenser, expansion valve) and now my truck feels like it did the day I bought it. I felt the price was fair for the quality of the parts, the work, the warranty, the level of service and attention that I received. I would highly recommend HACC to my family and friends. Christian was profesisonal from beginning to end of the entire process.Whenever you call HACC, you will more than likely be greated by Emily who is also very professional, very pleasant and courteous. This is a solid business, with solid people, that provide solid service. I will definitely be a returning customer for all of my truck maintenance and repair needs.

I recently took my car to this mechanic shop this past Saturday. My husband dropped it off first thing in the morning, and we picked it up right at closing time. We had a couple of services done to the car, and overall, the team was very professional. I really appreciated that they performed a full diagnostic to ensure the car was running well. That level of thoroughness gave me peace of mind. A few days later, we did run into some issues, but Danny followed through and addressed the situation, which I respect. I also want to highlight the entire team, especially Danny and Emily at the front desk, they were exceptional, kind, and very helpful throughout the entire process, which made a big difference in our experience. However, there was one major issue that unfortunately caused me to lose some trust as a customer. We had two brand new tires installed in the front, and when I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a deep scratch on the rim. This wasn’t a minor scuff, it’s deep enough that you can catch your nail in it, and it’s clearly not something that can simply be buffed out. This most likely happened from the demounting bar that the technician uses to pry the tire against the rim edge. The force applied can easily chip the finish if they’re not careful. While my car may be eight years old, I take pride in maintaining it. Damage like this is unacceptable, regardless of the vehicle’s age. Fortunately for the shop, this wasn’t a high end vehicle where the cost of repair would be significantly higher, but that doesn’t make it okay. Because of this experience, I will be a lost customer when it comes to anything that deals with tire changing. Aside from that, all the other service I received was great, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and support from the team. I hope they take more care in handling customers vehicles in the future like it’s their own.

I initially called and spoke to Emily, she was very helpful and patient. I brought my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado truck in for repair after I spoke to Christian about my concerns. He is a very knowledgeable professional and his communication skills are excellent. He kept me informed periodically as to the progress. I am extremely pleased with the timely, courteous service and fair prices. Yusniel, one of the techs even took a moment to lube a dry hood latch on my way out. Even the boss/owner is on site and approachable. Do not waste your time and money with any other shop. Get the work done right, deal with nice, knowledgeable professionals and don’t pay dealer prices. Highly recommended! Luis

Excellent experience at Hialeah Auto Care Center! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took care of all the issues with my truck. Customer service was excellent and very courteous throughout the process. Everything was completed on time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service and very fair prices. I called on Saturday to inquire about front and rear brake replacement and I was advised to stop in for an inspection. Turns out I only needed the rear brakes replaced and when given the estimate which was very fair I also added an oil change. The work was performed within a very reasonable amount of time and I was kept informed of the status of the work. They have gained a new customer and I recommend them without any hesitation.
