I went in for an oil change, and unfortunately, they forgot to secure the screws on the under cover of my car, leaving it loose and scraping the ground. I was initially frustrated and worried, but when I contacted the manager, Yasel, he handled everything remarkably well. His customer service was excellent, and he resolved the issue within just a few hours. We are all human, and mistakes happen, but what truly matters is how they recover from them. That’s why I’m giving 5 stars—because of the outstanding service and professionalism of Yasel and his team.

They don’t know what they’re doing — I don’t recommend them at all. They only care about getting a tip. Terrible service. For the transmission fluid change, they claim to have a “universal” fluid, but that’s a lie. Dodge vehicles don’t use that type of fluid, and it has cost me a lot to do several transmission fluid changes to remove it and get the correct fluid in.
