View on GoogleI’ve been here a couple of times, and every single time it’s been a disaster. First, they messed up a simple wheel lug nut — installed it wrong and damaged it. Then, I went back for a basic service, and they didn’t even know what oil viscosity my car requires. Their answer? “It’s all the same.” Right after leaving, my check engine light came on. Shops like this only care about grabbing your money and rushing the job in five minutes, no matter the damage they cause. Update: I had another mechanic check my car, and he confirmed they had jammed the oil filter in with no care at all — forced it in like total amateurs. This could have easily damaged the oil pump or even seized the engine. Yes, the owner refunded the labor cost without a fight, and I appreciate that he took responsibility. However, this type of mistake shows a complete lack of professionalism, and I would never trust my car here again.
