I’ve known about this place for a few years now. On two or three different occasions over the past four years, I found myself dealing with a flat tire nearby and stopped in for help. Every single time, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly resourceful. They fixed the issue right away without making me wait, even though they didn’t know me at all. Today, I’m a regular customer. I purchased all four of my tires here and continue to come back for oil changes and tire rotations. This is a great family-owned business that truly values customer service. Highly recommended.

I have been client of Giant Tire for some years now and they had assisted me many times for which I had been happy with their service. However, the last time I went for service was a bad experience for which I will not return. I went in November 2025 to diagnose my car because I noticed a leak in my coolant. That same day they called and stated my car was perfectly fine and had no leak. I paid for the diagnose and the replacement of the coolant. Weeks after I noticed the coolant had lowered again so I returned since there was warranty. They then diagnosed the car with a leak on the housing of the thermostat. They ordered the piece and gave me the price verbally on the phone. The piece didn’t arrive until almost a month later, when the older man that works (ai don’t know if he is the owner) there had stated it would arrive by Monday of the next week. When the piece arrived I took my car to fix since the price they had verbally told me was okay for me to pay. When I dropped off my car to fix they called hours later to tell me they could not fix it as the piece they had order was sent incorrectly by Hyundai and they needed to get the correct piece in order to fix my car. By then I was frustrated with the inconvenience. That day I requested a quote as the price they had given me verbally on the phone had increased the day the were going to fix my car. That day, I spoke with a very nice lady that worked at the shop and explained that I had been back and forth with them to fix my car and that I had spend a lot on Uber due to all their mistakes and that I was insecure driving the car without getting it fix as I had to refill the coolant constantly. I had been 2 months by then to fix my car. She apologized for the inconvenience and stated that they would not charge me the price of the labor. Weeks later when the piece arrived, they called me to let me know that the piece had arrived. I took my car today and when picked up my car the bill was even a little more then the previous bill and they didn’t even deduct the labor cost. They added pieces to the bill from the quote I had previously received and ended up fixing my car In Feb 13 2026 do to all their mistakes. The older man that works really gets me mad because he constantly lies about piece arrival times, changes and increases pricing and was always complaining about having to pay his mechanics. He didn’t keep his word and on top of everything he added more pieces to the bill to increase it without notifying me about the need for them. I get bothered by the fact that all the time in mechanical shops they take advantage of you because you don’t know (or are a women) and add extra charges just because. I thought I had found a place were there was honesty and transparency and I was disappointed once again. Unfortunately, I will not return and they have lost a loyal customer just because of the older man that works there because he is always trying to take advantage of customers to charge more money and does not keep his word. I didn’t need the discount, I just needed honesty and to feel safe at a mechanical shop. Enough is enough.
