Completely inefficient service. The online purchase of the tires I needed was made! Which they said they were available but once I got to the store they took about 1 hour and a half just to say that they didn't have the tires that "supposedly they had available" only one person driving the entire workshop service. They don't answer when you call and the attitude is not right. Do not come here before your sure of your purchase.
View on GoogleI bought my tires online and made an appointment for the installation. I got there like 15 minutes to 1 PM which was my actual appointment time. Everything went smooth. JOSE took my information ask for my keys I show him where the lock for my tires was JOSE took the car inside he did all the job it took him about 45 minutes to change all 4 tires I could have not been more happy with the job they did Thanks BJ’s I would sure buy again
View on GoogleThey are severely understaff. Just one person taking care of every aspect of the department. I called numerous times to change an appointment and was unable to speak with someone. Prices are good , however not worth the wait. My next tires will be from Costco.

Its hard to get someone on the phone, but what can you expect when there's only one person in that department. The only reason why im giving 5 stars is because of the tire crew, all those guys do their best to keep up with no support. I appreciate the service that the guys give
