This is part of AutoNation. It is a dealership so expect some shenanigans when it comes to buying or leasing, But for the most part they are polite, friendly, helpful, and they are not the worst. There's no old school sales pressure. We're satisfied with the overall shopping experience. We always would love a less expensive price, but it is what it is. The wait time for service is a little under average. Honda is reliable and just a little pricier than Toyota for the similar cars and SUVs. Toyota do come a little more loaded as well. The Toyota counterparts are also a little roomier. Honda space inside is similar to Chevrolet models.

My car was hit in an accident, total lost! so I went shopping for a new car and I was specifically looking for a truck. I went to many dealerships….! Fun time…! I told my girlfriend let’s try Autonation before leaving the area. We go to Autonation Honda Miami lakes. The first thing we see is the truck I was looking for and Armando Gonzalez attended us with grace and patience truly a great person. We test drove the truck and finished signing with Alexis Gomez another great person who was completely honest and transparent. Nobody likes the process of car shopping but I had a pleasant experience with Autonation Honda Miami lakes. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience bringing my car in for maintenance. The service advisor, Bibi, was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She clearly explained what was needed, kept me updated, and made everything smooth and stress-free. The service was completed on time and the car runs great. I would like to express my disappointment regarding the customer service experience my husband and I had at Honda of Miami Lakes. I own a 2025 Honda Odyssey and had already scheduled an oil change appointment with your facility. At the same time, my husband also scheduled an appointment for an oil change for his Toyota Tacoma at your location. When my husband arrived for his 2:00 PM appointment at approximately 1:45 PM, he was received by an employee named Kirenia Medina. After he explained that he was there for his scheduled oil change appointment, she repeatedly told him that his vehicle was a Toyota and not a Honda, and even suggested that he may have come to the wrong place because Toyota was “next door.” My husband calmly explained multiple times that he was fully aware he owned a Toyota, but that he had a confirmed appointment at your facility. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he was told to wait while she “asked about it.” After reviewing his appointment, she returned and informed him that although he did have an appointment, he would now need to wait approximately three hours because they did not have the oil filter for his vehicle. Concerned and frustrated by the situation and the lack of professionalism, my husband requested to speak with a service supervisor. He was informed that the supervisor was in a meeting. He waited for over an hour, and nobody ever came to assist him. Eventually, he left your facility and had the oil change completed at Toyota instead. What is most concerning is not simply the wait time, but the way the situation was handled. Sending a customer to a competitor instead of attempting to provide proper customer service reflects very poorly on the professionalism of your staff. Today, when I arrived for my own oil change appointment, I again requested to speak with the service manager, and once more nobody appeared to address our concerns. I hope this matter can be reviewed seriously, as customers deserve respectful communication, professionalism, and accountability.
