On February 24, 2026, I took my vehicle to Auto Transmission Repairs USA, Inc. (8040 NW 103rd St, Unit 43, Hialeah Gardens, FL) for diagnostic and repair work. Upon completion after two weeks, I was charged $4,451.20. When I specifically asked the owner—who described himself as "the best in the business"—for a detailed explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle and what repairs were actually performed, he refused, stating he "didn't have to tell me anything." No itemized breakdown or clear description of the work was provided despite my repeated requests. This complete lack of transparency prevented me from verifying the necessity or accuracy of the charges, and the overall interaction was highly dismissive and unprofessional. I ultimately had to involve the HIALEAH GARDENS POLICE DEPARTMENT to help resolve the situation on-site. Under Florida's Motor Vehicle Repair Act, repair shops are required to provide a legible invoice detailing the work done, and customers have the right to understand what they're paying for. I do not recommend this shop to anyone who values clear communication, accountability, or basic transparency in auto repairs.

worst experience of my life with a shop, i'm not sure if owner or mechanic changed but they have no clue what they're doing. after 4 weeks (claimed itd be done in a week) my transmission came out worse then i brought it in and after 3 visits that only made things worse they refused to warranty any work even with paperwork of warranty. misdiagnosed and left me with a banging/leaking trans, typical hialeah bs shop except expensive.

He walked me through the whole procedure for my ford 10 speed fluid and filter change and even gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to call an Uber. Highly recommended.
