I took my car here after an accident, and choosing this shop was the best decision I could have made. Alan took such great care of me from start to finish. He handled the entire insurance process, provided me with a rental car, and made everything completely stress-free. I truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. The customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. They made a difficult situation so much easier, and I’m beyond grateful for their help. Ever since then, I’ve continued coming here even for my regular oil changes because I trust them completely. I’ve been to Al’s shop before, so when my Bentley Continental GTC needed a new front bumper and fender repair, there was no question where I was taking it. I’d previously brought my BMW M4 to him for a front bumper repair and repaint, and I’m not even kidding when I say the clear coat he laid down ended up looking better than the original factory paint on the rest of the car. It’s that level of detail that makes him my first choice bodyshop in the area. Al took care of absolutely everything this time around, from the headache of insurance coordination to making sure we used only genuine Bentley parts as I requested. The car honestly looks brand new again, and he even went out of his way to handle a few minor extras that are much appreciated! It’s so rare to find an honest shop that charges you for the actual damage instead of just looking at the luxury badge on the hood and hiking the price. I am very grateful to Alan for everything he has done for me! He is the owner of this service. I had an accident two weeks ago, around 10 pm, after a car crashed into me. No one even stopped to see if I and the guy in the other car were okay. Only Alan did it! Moreover, he helped me tow my car (total loss) and place it in his service for an indefinite period. Alan also helped me rent a new car until the issue with the new one is resolved. Alan was also ready to help me arrange everything correctly, helped with everything and showed further solutions. I am incredibly grateful to him for everything. He is a man with a big and kind heart, a wonderful specialist in his field! I cannot recommend this car shop enough!! The owner Al is so wonderful to work with -- he did an excellent job on fixing my car (which was VERY badly damaged by someone hitting it from behind). Al is professional and straight forward (no hidden charges!) and so nice and helpful. I also recommended him to a friend of mine and she was very pleased.

Took in my Rolls Royce for repairs. Had an amazing experience with Al and his staff. He gave me an appointment in 24 hours. When I arrived I had a loaner car waiting. Work was done faster and cheaper than expected. The quality of the work was excellent. I could not be happier. This is a great place to have your car repaired.
