We had our brakes done here recently, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Chris and Twyla are absolutely wonderful — friendly, knowledgeable, and truly honest people. They took the time to explain what was needed (and what wasn’t), and made sure we understood everything before doing the work. It’s rare these days to find a mechanic who values integrity and customer care as much as quality craftsmanship, but this shop delivers on all fronts. I can’t say enough great things about Precision Auto Repair of FL! Chris is great, professional, friendly, and truly trustworthy. It’s so refreshing to find a mechanic who treats customers like family and genuinely cares about doing what’s right. You can tell he takes pride in his work and runs his business with honesty and integrity. Twylia in the office is wonderful too, always kind, helpful, and on top of things! Together, they make such a great team! Every time I’ve brought my vehicle in, the work has been done quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price. Had my Alfa Romeo Stelvio worked on to fix damaged and chewed wiring, something I thought was going to be tough to repair on a niche European car.
