Highly recommend Your WrenchTech Mobile Mechanic. Ivan was professional, polite, honest, and very fair on pricing. Communication was great from start to finish, they showed up on time, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find mechanics that are both reliable and trustworthy these days, but these guys absolutely delivered. Very respectful, straightforward, and quality work all around. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing mobile mechanic services.

Extremely happy with the outcome! Around 11 AM on Friday morning my vehicle started making a bunch of noises in and around the wheels. After spending all Friday trying to find somebody nobody called me back. Some people gave me outrageous pricing that made no sense they didn’t even know what the job entail… I called Ivan around 9 AM on Saturday morning. He called me back within 15 minutes. Sent me over all of the documents I needed online. I was able to check out and verify his company was able to look at all of his great 5 star reviews and thoroughly trusted that I wanted to work with him. He was at my broken down vehicle located on my property within one hour of us speaking did the job immediately on time great service and he was willing to work with my budget. I would not call anybody except your wrenchtech mobile mechanic! Thank you very much for getting me back on the road so quickly!! Edit to respond to the owners response. You said: “ we offered to return and re-scan the vehicle at no charge to further assist, but we were not given the opportunity to do so.” This is not true and I will attach pictures to show this. I paid someone else to do a diagnostic and there were error codes for the hybrid battery and that’s how we found out it was something to do with a recall when I called Hyundai for the part. If you actually did the diagnostic I paid you to do then this would’ve be caught sooner. ——————————————— I had a very frustrating experience with this mechanic. I paid him for a diagnostic, and he confidently told me the issue was the alternator. Based on his recommendation, I purchased an alternator the first one didn’t fit. After getting a second alternator, he installed it and told me the car was working fine. However, when I got there I drove it for a quick min and it drove. Second time I went in it immediately stopped as soon as I pulled out with the same error message. When I told him what happened he said that sometimes things just don’t work no matter what you do. It could be potentially that the alternator was not good he just swore up a down it was alternator issue. I talked to someone who has a hybrid and they recommended a company specialized in hybrid cars. They asked if the other mechanic I used did a diagnostic and if so have him send you the error codes. So I went back to wrenchtech and asked him what the error codes were and he said nothing came up??? This is my fist time having to deal with a mechanic outside of my regular car maintenance so I didn’t realize I should’ve asked him for the error codes in the beginning. So I paid another mechanic to do the diagnostic code and boom. There were error goes for the hybrid battery. And the issue was from a recall for Hyundai and the part cost $250…. Way less than the 2 alternators I purchased based on wrenchtech recommendations. Using this mechanic cost me more money and time. I learned so much throughout this process. And I would not recommend this person unless you get second opinion.

I had a pre purchase inspection done today. They did an amazing job identifying various items. Most were minimal but there were a couple majors that need to be addressed. This was a wise investment and they provided a very concise and comprehensive report. I will use them again. Thanks guys.

He is the most honest mechanic I have dealt with. He went above and beyond and taught me some things about my car as well. Very respectful guy. I am recommending him to everyone I know and I dont go out of my way to do that. He has great prices and quality work!
