These folks are awesome. I had all four rims on my 2000BMW 5 series completely refurbished. Came out just as they promised. Only took a day and a half. I would highly recommend. They even hand washed my car when I came to pick it up.
View on GoogleExtremely disappointed with the lack of care and accountability here. I brought in a bent wheel for repair, and while they managed to straighten it, they returned it with the finish completely ruined. There are dozens of new chips and scratches in the coating that weren't there before. When I pointed this out, both the staff and the manager refused to take responsibility or show any professional courtesy. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects your property.
View on GoogleDO NOT COME HERE .I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I trusted the owner’s recommendation when purchasing tires. To make matters worse, my alignment was negatively affected after the visit, leaving my vehicle driving worse than before I arrived. I ended up losing an entire day of work dealing with the consequences of their mistakes. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. When I brought the issue up, the owner was dismissive and nonchalant, showing little to no concern about the inconvenience or the damage caused. There was no real effort to resolve the issue or make things right. I would strongly advise others to double-check everything before trusting this shop, or consider taking your business elsewhere. This experience cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress.
